Exhibitor Information

The conference planning committee is seeking exhibitors for this conference. Exhibit Booth Fee: $600.00

A standard exhibit space includes a 6’ skirted table and space will be assigned on a first paid, first served basis. Exhibits will be set up in a central location within all other conference meeting space. Exhibit space includes one complimentary conference registration and listing in the printed Final Program.

EXHIBIT SET-UP TIME: Monday, April 9, from 7:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
EXHIBIT HOURS: generally when sessions are not in progress, starting Monday, 9:30 a.m. to Wednesday noon.
EXHIBIT TEAR-DOWN TIME: Wednesday, April 11 after 12:00 noon
